Questions ยท Network admin and security

Can a network admin log in as a location to help them, with a record of it?

Fix it from their view. No password reset. An admin steps into a location's or a buyer's view to see what they see and fix what's wrong, then steps out. Every impersonation is logged: who, when, what changed. Support gets faster, nobody shares a password, and the location can read the log afterward. Scope it by tier: HQ can step into a location, a location into its own buyers, nobody upward. The location can read the same log HQ reads, so support is transparent in both directions. It's the fastest support motion in the system, and the most visible one.

What it used to cost you: A twenty-minute screen share to find the button they couldn't.

The feature is called Impersonation. It runs on the same rails as everything else here: one catalog, one price list, one cockpit, your name on the front.
