Brandfora vs Shopify for decorators and print networks
Shopify is built for a brand selling its own products. A network selling other people's branded merch is a different job. Which is why we're building the Shopify integration on purpose: build the store in Brandfora in seconds, push it to Shopify, keep every order in your cockpit.
The short version
Not enemies. Different jobs.
Shopify is built for a brand selling its own products; Shopify Plus can run several stores under one organization [1]. Decorators on it bolt on third-party apps for SanMar and S&S catalogs, decoration pricing and online design. Brandfora gives a network thousands of customer stores under one login, with supplier catalogs, decoration-aware pricing, print-ready artwork, quotes and purchase orders on the buyer's own account built in, and every order in one cockpit. They're not enemies. We don't charge fees on your sales, so we have no reason to keep you inside our walls. If a customer wants a feature Shopify has and we don't, they build the store in Brandfora in seconds, push it to Shopify, and every order still lands in your cockpit with the artwork checked, the PO on their own supplier account, and the routing done. Shopify and WooCommerce sync is in build.
