Why Brandfora

Every store tool in this industry was built for one seller. We built the thing above them, and it wears your name.

A franchisor, a buying group, a fulfillment house with a sales force: somebody sits above a lot of people who sell. Until now that somebody rented software from vendors who treat each seller as a separate customer and report to the seller, never to the network. That is the whole category, and it is why people keep calling us a store platform. We are the thing above the sellers. The network is the top admin, and nobody is above the network.

Not a store platform. Not a print-on-demand system. The digital structure of a network, run by the network.

In one paragraph, for the people who skim

We are not a marketplace. We turn your network into one, under your name.

Headquarters is the top administrator. Every location, member, rep or athlete under it gets branded stores, quotes that check out, and print-ready ordering, on their own supplier accounts, selling direct to their own customers. Orders from those stores, and from the tools the network already uses, land on one ledger headquarters can see. Rebates, royalties and program fees are calculated from that ledger, not from what a location remembered to report. A marketplace run by someone else takes a cut and keeps the data. A marketplace run by you is a revenue engine. We have not found another system where the network itself is the admin.

All-channel order consolidation

Your locations already sell online. You just cannot see it.

Take two hundred locations. They run stores on three or four tools somebody picked years ago, and every one of those tools reports to the location, not to you. So headquarters negotiates with suppliers on last year's estimate, underclaims rebates it earned, and collects fees on a number nobody can audit. One network described its own setup to us as the wild, wild west. The store tools were never built to sit above the seller, so they cannot fix it.

NowOne ledgerEvery online order from every location and every channel, the moment it is placed.

Day one, nothing moves. Order ingestion pulls what your locations sell today, from the tools they already run, into one cockpit. You see the whole network before a single store changes hands. Locations that want in move over by list when they are ready. The ones that do not still show up in the numbers.

Visibility without ownership

Headquarters sees every sale. Locations keep every customer.

This is the line that matters to a franchisee, so we will say it plainly. Locations sell direct to their own customers, on their own payment account, under their own tax setup. Headquarters gets visibility of every sale and collects what it is owed. It does not get the sale, and it does not get the customer's book unless the agreement says so.

What headquarters sees and decides

  • Every online order from every location and every channel, on one screen, as it happens
  • Which suppliers appear in stores and which never do, with restricted brands enforced
  • One price list with a margin floor, applied to every store in seconds
  • A seasonal catalog pushed to every store in one action and pulled back in one action
  • Who is in, who is out, and what each tier of the network can see
  • Rebates attributed and royalties calculated from the ledger, ready for the account manager

What locations keep

  • Their own stores, their own quotes, their own customers
  • Their own supplier account numbers on every purchase order
  • Their own payment account and their own tax
  • Their store editor, their email templates, their team logins
  • Their pricing above your floor, or the price you locked, whichever the agreement says
  • Their independence. We never get between a location and its vendors

Rebate and franchise-fee recovery

The rebate is earned where the purchase order lands. So that is where we put it.

Supplier rebates depend on the right account number being on the purchase order. A store tool that buys blanks on its own account, or on no account, breaks that quietly, and your account manager at the supplier sees your volume go down while your locations sell more than ever. One franchise executive said the fear out loud: we will go up in sales and the supplier will see us going down.

On Brandfora every purchase order goes to the supplier on that location's own account number, tagged to the network it belongs to. The volume is recorded where the rebate is earned. Royalties and program fees are worked out from what actually sold, by location, by month. Your account manager pulls one report instead of reconciling spreadsheets, and the gray area in self-reported numbers closes on its own.

Illustrative. Every line traces to a purchase order on a location's own account.

Not a print-on-demand system either

One cart. A one-off hoodie, a 250-piece screen run and a case of tumblers, each routed where it belongs.

People hear "store" and think one-off decorated tees shipped by somebody else. That is one line in the cart. The same cart carries the bulk run your floor prints next Tuesday, the stocked hard goods from a warehouse you manage, and the on-demand item a partner decorates, and when the buyer pays, each line goes to the right place on the buyer's own supplier account. It runs several warehouses, currencies and languages at once, because a network with locations in three countries is still one network.

That is why we say stores are a feature. The product is the digital structure of your network: who can sell, what they can sell, from whom, at what floor, and where every dollar went. Headquarters runs it. We are invisible on every screen.

What we will not do

Three things to know before you book.

We will not make a franchisee switch because corporate said so. They switch because the store took nine seconds and the price change took none of their time. The ones who like their current tool can keep it, and their orders still show up in your cockpit.

No cut of your locations' orders, and no per-seat charge. This is a partnership between us and the network, built so every location can adopt it. It is not the right fit for a single shop with a dozen customers, and the shops page says what is.

And we never get between you and a supplier. Locations enter their own account numbers or they see retail pricing. When something goes wrong with an order, you call the vendor you already know, and we make sure the order record tells you which one.

Bring one location's domain. See your brand on a live store, then the ledger behind it.

Thirty minutes. One store built from that domain, one quote sent as a cart, and a straight answer about what your network's numbers would look like on one screen.
