Partnerships
Connect once. Reach every network on the system.
Brandfora sits underneath networks rather than on top of individual sellers, which changes the arithmetic of partnering with us. A supplier who connects here does not reach one distributor. A production partner who connects here does not win one shop. You build one connection and you are inside the cart of every network running on the system, on the buyer’s own account, with the demand data coming back to you by product and by region. This page is what each kind of partner gets, what we need from you, and how to start.
Four kinds of partner
What each one gets, stated as a mechanism.
Your catalog inside every store the networks on this system run, with live pricing and inventory, and purchase orders raising on the buyer’s own account number with you over PromoStandards. Your terms hold, your rebate tiers attribute on the first pass, and your restricted brands are enforced by the system per store and per customer group rather than by trust. You get sell-through by product, by distributor and by region, at the speed the orders happen rather than a quarter later.
The supplier case in fullOrders arrive with the artwork already vectorized, checked against the print zone at real resolution, and carrying the decoration method the product was configured for. No bad files, no missing specification, no chasing the seller to ask whether it is left chest or full front. Split shipments across sources return to the buyer as one tracking view, so you are not fielding calls about somebody else’s box.
How routing worksIf you make something that touches artwork, mockups, production data, catalog or payments, there is a defined place for it here rather than a bolt-on. We publish an integration spec, API keys and webhooks, and we would rather connect to a good tool than rebuild it badly. We are explicit on the site about the things that are none of our business, and that list is where most technology partnerships start.
What we deliberately do not touchFranchise systems, buying groups, associations and consultants who serve networks. One agreement covers every seller underneath, the network holds the admin seat, and there is no per-order cut taken from the locations and no charge per seat. If you advise networks in this industry for a living, this is the thing your clients keep asking you to find for them.
For multi-company groupsWhy the arithmetic is different here
One connection, every network, instead of one integration per platform.
| Integrating with a store platform | Integrating here | |
|---|---|---|
| Who you reach | That platform’s sellers | Every network on the system, and every seller underneath each of them |
| Whose account the order lands on | Often pooled or the platform’s | The buyer’s own account with you |
| What you learn | Order volume | Sell-through by product, distributor and region |
| Brand control | Trust and a policy document | Enforced per store and per customer group |
| Effort to add the next network | Another integration | None. It is already live for them |
| The standard | Bespoke, per platform | PromoStandards where you support it |
That last row is the whole point. We built to the standard the industry already agreed on rather than a pile of one-off connections, so a supplier who already speaks PromoStandards is a configuration and not a project.
What we need from you, and what we will not ask for
Short list, both ways.
What makes a partnership work
- A technical contact who can answer questions about your own system without a procurement cycle in front of it.
- Whatever standard you already speak. If that is PromoStandards, we are most of the way there before the first call.
- Clarity about your brand restrictions, so we can enforce them rather than promise to.
- Honesty about what your system does not do. We would rather design around a real limit than discover it in production.
What we will not ask you for
- Exclusivity. Your other relationships are your business.
- A payment to be listed anywhere. Partnerships here are not a media buy.
- Your customer relationships. When something goes wrong with a garment, the buyer calls you, the same as today.
- A rebuild. We connect to what you have, and we will say plainly when something is in progress rather than live.
If you already work with us
Everything you need to describe us, in one place.
Partners keep asking for a paragraph they can drop into their own site, deck or release, so here it is. Use whichever length fits. Please link to brandfora.com and tell us so we can point back.
One line. Brandfora turns a network into its own marketplace, so every location, member, rep or athlete sells under the network’s name with the network as the top admin.
Short. Brandfora is white-label commerce for networks in print, promotional products and decorated apparel. Every seller in a network gets branded stores, quotes that check out and print-ready ordering under the network’s own name. Headquarters holds the admin seat and sees every sale from every channel on one ledger.
The category, if you have room. Every marketplace before this was owned by the house. Brandfora created the owned marketplace, where the network doing the selling is the one that owns the marketplace, holds the admin seat, keeps its supplier accounts and takes no cut from its own sellers.
