How do allowances and wallets work for employee purchases?
Somebody else pays. The shop still gets paid on every order. A sponsor funds a wallet: a company giving away hats, a reseller you've agreed terms with, a franchisor covering onboarding kits. Every redemption or order draws the agreed amount from the wallet before it processes. Top off by card or bank account. Or set it per transaction, or allow invoicing, per customer. You decide how the money moves, and it moves without a phone call or a month-end statement. The balance shows in the cockpit, so you know before the drive runs dry, and so does the sponsor.
What it used to cost you: Monthly invoices for giveaways, and a check that came when it came.
The feature is called Wallets. It runs on the same rails as everything else here: one catalog, one price list, one cockpit, your name on the front.
