Questions ยท Artwork and production readiness
Can a small, low-resolution logo be upscaled for print?
Double the resolution. Pass the gate. Two-times AI upscaling on any raster logo. The file that failed at full back gets another chance without going back to the customer. The studio reruns the DPI check on the result and tells you whether it now passes at print size. It's a rescue, not a miracle; a tiny screenshot may still need a real file, and the gate will say so. It runs in seconds, inside the studio, on the call, which is the difference between saving the quote and losing the week.
What it used to cost you: An email to the customer asking for "the original," and a week of waiting.
The feature is called Upscale. It runs on the same rails as everything else here: one catalog, one price list, one cockpit, your name on the front.
