Questions ยท Orders, inventory and fulfillment

Can a store be transferred from one location or rep to another?

A store moves to a new location. History comes with it. A rep leaves, a territory changes, a franchisee sells. Move the store, its customers and its order history to the new owner in one action. The ledger stays intact, the split rules update, and the buyer never notices. The audit log records the transfer. Pricing follows the network's rules for the new owner, so a store moving to a location on a different sheet reprices correctly and the floor still holds. The old owner's statement closes out; the new one starts clean.

What it used to cost you: A rebuild, a lost customer list and a story nobody could tell the buyer.

The feature is called Transfer ownership. It runs on the same rails as everything else here: one catalog, one price list, one cockpit, your name on the front.
