Questions ยท Artwork and production readiness

How are thread colors matched to a logo for embroidery?

Thread colors matched from hex codes. No color call. Brand colors pulled from the website or the artwork arrive as hex codes. The studio reads them and matches thread colors, so the palette on the order is the palette the head runs. Embroidery goes to production without anyone phoning the customer to ask which blue. The match sits on the line item, next to the DST and the stitch count. The buyer sees the thread names on the quote, so the approval covers the colors too, and there's no surprise on the dock.

What it used to cost you: A color call per embroidered order, and a redo when the blue was wrong.

The feature is called Thread matching. It runs on the same rails as everything else here: one catalog, one price list, one cockpit, your name on the front.
