Questions ยท Orders, inventory and fulfillment
How is stock inventory managed alongside print on demand?
Sell what's on your shelf, beside print on demand, in one catalog. Managed inventory per variant. Your own stock sits as a source on the listing next to the suppliers. Quantities update as orders land, backorders behave like backorders, and a store can show or hide the count. The pick ticket matches what the store promised. Reservations hold units the moment they're carted, low-stock thresholds warn before you're out, and a second warehouse shows as a second source on the same listing. A location that holds stock for one account sells it to that account only, on that account's store.
What it used to cost you: Selling a size you didn't have and finding out on the pick ticket.
The feature is called Stock inventory. It runs on the same rails as everything else here: one catalog, one price list, one cockpit, your name on the front.
