Questions ยท Orders, inventory and fulfillment

How are orders routed to suppliers, decorators and warehouses?

Each line goes to the right floor. Nobody re-keys it. Rules by technique, product, region and availability. Your own presses first. A decorator network for what your floor can't make. A supplier direct for stock hard goods. The buyer never learns which floor made it. Tracking from every destination writes back to the same order, and the cockpit shows where every line stands. Rules are set at HQ and inherited by every store, with a location able to prefer its own floor where the agreement allows. When a route can't take a line, the order holds that line and tells you why instead of silently failing.

What it used to cost you: Someone reading every order and forwarding lines by email.

The feature is called Order routing. It runs on the same rails as everything else here: one catalog, one price list, one cockpit, your name on the front.
