Questions ยท Artwork and production readiness
What are print zones and why do they matter for artwork?
Left chest is four inches. The studio knows that. Decoration areas come from the garment, not a template. Left chest, full back, sleeve, each with real dimensions, and artwork is clamped to them. Embroidery clamps to the hoop. The buyer can drag a logo around, but can't put a fourteen-inch design on a sleeve or stitch something the hoop won't hold. That's most of the rework in this industry gone before it starts. Zones per product come from the catalog, so a new garment added at HQ arrives with its zones set for every store.
What it used to cost you: A rectangle on a mockup the press couldn't honor, and the reprint that followed.
The feature is called Print zones. It runs on the same rails as everything else here: one catalog, one price list, one cockpit, your name on the front.
