How do I run a pop-up store with a start and end date?

A store with an expiry date, on purpose. Event merch, seasonal drops, team orders that need to close before screens go on press. Schedule the window. It opens, counts down, closes itself. Orders collect into one run so you print once instead of five times. Clone it for next year with new dates and the same artwork. Budgets and a goal bar are optional switches when the job wants them. The buyer sees a countdown; the floor sees one consolidated order on the close date.
