How are partial refunds handled?

Refund the line, not the order. One shirt came back wrong. Refund that line, or part of it, on the location's own Stripe. The ledger, the split and the settlement adjust with it. The rest of the order stays exactly as it was, and the statement at month end already reflects the change. A fundraiser's beneficiary share adjusts on the same refund, so nobody has to claw a dollar back from a booster club. Refund reasons are recorded per line, which is what turns a pile of returns into a report about which product, which size, which supplier.

What it used to cost you: A full refund and a re-charge because the tool couldn't do half.
