How do I create hundreds of stores at once from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet of domains in. Five hundred branded stores out. Upload a list. Each row runs the same five steps as a rapid store: logo pulled and checked, colors read, catalog attached, pricing applied, store and account created. Five hundred stores in about half an hour. A thousand prospect domains uploaded at night are a thousand draft stores in the morning, and the rep's first email of the day has a link in it instead of a request for a logo.
