Multi-currency
Price in the buyer's currency. Settle to the location's account.
A store prices and charges in the currency the buyer expects. The location's own Stripe account settles the money. The price list and margin floor hold in every currency, so a location in one country can't sell under cost in another. The cockpit rolls it up in one view, by market, by location, by season. A buyer checks out in one currency; the location's statement shows it settled; HQ's ledger reports it in the network's reporting currency. Nobody converts anything by hand, and nobody argues about the rate later.
